IP telephony and contact-centre solutions delivered to Zain's SME and enterprise customers, deployed across leading vendor platforms as well as Realtime's own systems.

As a delivery partner to Zain, Realtime rolls out IP telephony and contact-centre solutions to the operator's business customers: the SMEs and enterprises subscribed to Zain's services. Each deployment is sized to the customer rather than forced onto a single stack.

That means working across multiple platforms. IP telephony comes from vendors such as Zycoo and Grandstream, alongside Realtime's own IP telephony solution and IP contact-centre platform. Whichever fits best, Realtime runs the full cycle: design, installation, configuration and commissioning.

The approach has put modern voice and contact-centre capability into the hands of many of Zain's business customers, from small offices to large enterprises.
